make non-critical communications poll not push. poll less frequently.
replace the parts of your day that make you sad with something else. experiment.
if you are financially secure(ish), do all this aggressively.
- TheHumanist 4y agoI don't know what any of those stand for besides YouTube but probably 90% of my YouTube time is learning for my job. Random shit but it is for my job... So I can't drop that. Still gotta figure out where the time is going...
