- Kye 4y agoSometimes moderation and self-control means avoiding something entirely if you aren't able to practice moderation and self-control once you start. I could spend more of my finite life trying to practice restraint in the middle of it, but I prefer to do what's actually worked: staying away entirely from any social media platform that I struggle to pull away from.
