In what way does it not work, when perhaps my position only requires that I attend virtual meetings, push code to a remote repository/depot, & edit online documents? What does my presence in the office, offer in value to the business? What does my presence in the office, offer in value to ME?
- mgaunard 4y agoYour position requires that you dedicate your time to improving or promoting the company's products. Virtual meetings and collaboration platforms are but tools to achieve that. An event better tool is working next to your colleagues to enable more synergy between the various initiatives people are working on organically. As someone dedicated to your company's mission, you should want to use the best tool for the job.
