He must have been 17 then -- spent more than half of his life in prison, and served virtually the whole sentence of 25 years.
The police officer who deliberately framed him was .... "disciplined"?
"Disciplined" is what I was when I was being disruptive in Grade 7 classroom.
- wil421 4y agoThe cop retired, not sure what discipline means. Anything beside a full pension removal and charges is not enough. What about the judge who knew the photo lineup was bogus?

- justinclift 4y agoMaybe the cop should be put in jail for 18 years now, to balance things out?
- aaomidi 4y agoI don’t believe in prison, so no. But deliberately faking evidence does mean forfeiture of pension imo.
