I can't bring myself to feel bad for Tiny Tower specifically. But if Zynga were to stomp on all small teams that released a popular game, it is easy to see how that would harm innovation. I am in the process of saving private $$$ for a game project that I think will break even in the long run. If there was a good chance of being cloned before that happens, I wouldn't bother.
