To be fair, the API can be viewed as a product.
- zamnos 4y agoWhy is having an API relevant to it being a product? Twitter was and is a product without one. Google search is a product. Almost everything at Target or the grocery store is a product, and bananas don't have APIs. How many products are just a webterface? Discord, Slack, Amazon (not AWS)...
- diceduckmonk 4y agoI didn’t say an API is necessary to be a product. I said an API is sufficient to be a product. See Twilio.
