I swear I'm the only person I know not constantly switching domain registrars, because I don't want to waste time sweating over maybe tens of dollars a year for something so core to my operations. The one time many years ago I had to call support for a question a human being answered in 2 rings. Tucows (which owns Hover) has been around for 30 years. It's likely they'll be around for a long while still.
