I'm curious about ISLisp. There's some Japanese devs who have been posting about it on /r/lisp lately, regarding Easy-ISlisp, and it looks like a reasonable middle ground between Scheme and Common Lisp. The problem, of course, is that there isn't an open implementation that runs on Windows.
