As someone without ADHD... this sounds like literal torture too.
- MH15 4y agoI agree. All signs point to me not having ADHD, but I've had jobs in the past where there was so much downtime I dreaded coming in to work every day. I'd much rather be doing work I dislike than nothing at all. I'm not sure where this comes from, but I've been this way as long as I can remember.
