Isn't a deviated septum a mechanical problem in the nasal passages? How does rinsing help?
- starkd 4y agoTrue. Most people have a deviated septum. Just a question of degree. For me, salt water rinsing helps keep the tissue moist. When the tissue gets dried out, sinuses don't drain.
