i used it to do tech support for my CSVFix foss software. it was free and worked ok - what more do you want? at least it lasted much longer than google code, which is where i used to host my foss projects. when that closed, i switched to bit bucket (mercurial user here) and then they dropped mercurial support. i sure can pick them!
