Well, Jeff and Sanjay got to DE/Fellows this way, so this is a good role model. Unfortunately doesn’t scale.
- westurner 4y agoWhen you get promoted, they tend to move you to different projects (that need different resources at founding time than the operations folks that have experience scaling up)
