I was under the impression Proposition 13 was indeed specific to California?
- BurningFrog 4y agoYou're right. Sloppy work by me. But the others are universal.
- midoridensha 4y agoThey're universal to the US, not every place. But CA's specific problems make it even worse than the rest of the country, so SF is a bellwether.
