Is this Microsoft's answer to Figma? What's the overlap?

As pupileater (who posted earlier in the thread and has tried it) put it, "It feels like nothing more than a limited Canva¹ with a sub-par version of Dall-E 2". Where Figma is a tool for UI/UX designers, this (like Microsoft's WordArt) is aimed squarely at non-designers. ¹ Which is like Adobe Express (formerly Adobe Spark), if you're not familiar with Canva.
