- a2800276 4y agoI'd sure hope the tutorial gets updated, if that's what the git team decide to change the default to. The people running the main git documentation site seem to do a pretty good job of keeping up to date, though, so I'm optimistic. This would sort itself out pretty quickly, though. Different aspects of git's usage are constantly changing and any tutorial that doesn't keep up to date would be irrelevant sooner or later.
