The other day when I cancelled my cable but kept my internet, the first thing the service rep asked was 'Oh! So you do a lot of streaming then?'. I shrugged off the question but thought it was revealing. Cord cutters are growing in number and they know it.

- TheCapn 15y agoKeep in mind the guy asking if you do a lot of streaming doesn't give two hoots about you cancelling or not. He was probably just trying to drum up a conversation. The lowly Customer Service Reps for ISPs aren't malicious unless they're trying to jump the corporate ladder.
