I don't understand this constant desire to label people as useless/coasting. I really abhor the mentality that every single person at a company must be busy at all given times throughout the day/week/year/tenure of employment. There’s no off-season, there’s no holiday time, there’s no sick leave - you're just supposed to always be working. On what? This boneheaded idea is the reason why we are an overworked society heading towards dystopia.
