In Spain, things were quite lenient 10-15 years ago (basically, many pharmacies would sell you Viagra/Cialis without prescription, it was just a matter of trying and finding a lenient one) but not anymore AFAIK. You do need an official prescription, and there seems to be a lot of control so no pharmacy seems to sell without prescription now (maybe some do and I don't know, but if that's the case, they're definitely not easy to find). The situation is getting more and more ludicrous, as now you can't even get 1 g paracetamol pills without a prescription... but you can still get as many boxes of 500 mg pills as you like. Excellent measure to protect people who don't know basic addition.
