The lobbying system enabled hollywood, but it didn't force it. They could have attempted to make an honest profit. Plenty of industries do. Instead they chose to attack the internet. They should be held accountable. I'm sick of the "corporations only want to make money so shouldn't be held accountable" meme. The fact that they have no intrinsic consciences makes it more vital that they be held in check by extrinsic punishments.
