  No, it is not. Even as a very bad joke. If your house was invaded by a gang that said you have no right to exist, killed a bunch of your family member and pets, occupied 20% of your property while actively working to trash the rest... Would you say the same thing when somebody says "put them both in a room", as if there was some equality? Party A says Party B has no right to exist and is proceeding to systematically commit murder, torture, genocide, and numerous war crimes every day. Party B simply wants to defend it's property and lives. There is no room for negotiation other than to force Party A to GTFO. Later, the negotiations can be about reparations if Party A wants to return to the civilized world.
