Do you know if the petro state per capita figures include the migrant/indentured workers employed there?
- Armisael16 4y agoPer capita figures do include full-time residents, even migrant workers. They do not capture international commuters (most relevant for Luxembourg, which gets something like half its workforce from neighbors).
