> A quick search leads me to believe that head chef pay in Seattle typically ranges from about 90k-110k per year. This doesn't sound right to me. Maybe it's true for the very fancy quasi-Michelin places like Canlis or Shiro's, but for a nice-but-average gastropub in Cap Hill it's probably much less.
