I hope so. If the SEC completely change everything they're doing that would be for the best. Specifically, they should stop pretending to regulate people they don't actually regulate (like FTX). And stop randomly banning things they are meant to be regulating (like Kraken Staking). Right now, they are BOTH punishing good actors and giving credibility to bad ones.
