Yes! My wife and I encounter this all the time. I am an eng manager/product manager so usually my stuff is "strategy" - it's worth to keep talking/thinking because if I get an idea 10x better, that's millions of dollars difference over years. She's an emergency room physician. If she takes too long to think, the patient dies. It's all about quickly executed tactics. It took us a bit to realize how our preferred ways of thinking connect to our work (cause or effect, not sure)
