- rektide 4y agoThis feels like another annoying case where we have different constructs for things that should be the same, where there should be an inbetween that is/does both. Edge vs level triggered keeps being an anoying distinction. It's also present in promises, which can only be read async, which are more edge lile in mature, even when the value is available. Our async constructs, wheher they're singular or multiple, should offer the ability to be read synchronously. Like regular values. Like signals. While retaining their asynchronity.
