At this point, US regulators (notably the SEC) have done such a terrible job of basically everything. Eluding them is not a sign of anything questionable, it's the pragmatic realistic approach of anyone who just wants to get on and do their business...

- LatteLazy 4y agoI hope so. If the SEC completely change everything they're doing that would be for the best. Specifically, they should stop pretending to regulate people they don't actually regulate (like FTX). And stop randomly banning things they are meant to be regulating (like Kraken Staking). Right now, they are BOTH punishing good actors and giving credibility to bad ones.
