I'd just like to point out that this article is written by an author who almost always "get's it wrong." I've even been in a couple of her stories. They are always PR pitched and biased. VC funding stops. VC funding starts. Building is hotbed for Tech Startups. Etc. Etc. So Dice pitched a story, that doesn't make it true.
