Propose HN: Every single canned good should be a std set of shapes
SS:
Every single canned good should be from a standard metric set of size qualifiers, which are based on _only_ and _specifically ; stackable qualities.
This means that a canned good in a 3rd world place can be converted into a drinking vessel which is stackable - but will reduce shipping cost for raw material - and speaking of material, potting containers already do this with basically every pot --> food source --> can --> waste
TL;DR: Soup/canned goods should all be semi conical as garden planters are for stackability for less waste.
- ksaj 4y agoSardine cans are totally stackable. Some canned ham product cans are, too. Not many others are, surprisingly.
