If I were you I’d move to somewhere in Europe for a year. Probably would learn a language while there. Probably would relax for a couple of months and then work on a hobby project (not necessarily writing code). I’d also look into buying real estate for the 600k and renting it out - this could fund your sabbatical indefinitely.
