Promising to both enhance and delay seems a bit much. One is enough.
- PaulRobinson 4y agoLiving a fulfilling life does not require you to take actions that shorten it. Party every night if you want to, but you’ll find out eventually that’s a short term enhancement that isn’t a sound long term life enhancer or lengthener. The best strategies - the really great ones - have been confirmed over millennia as doing both.
