Candidly, if you truly believe that less than 0.1% of popular conspiracy theories are true then you should have very low confidence in your beliefs about anything. A minute fraction of conspiracy beliefs being true implies that viral nonsense constitutes a very large fraction of human thought - (which may be true!) - but which would then imply that most of your thoughts are also probably viral bullshit.
