I never experience tinnitus before buying the AirPods Pro. After using them a couple of hours with anc on on low loudness I get Tinnitus that wears off after three to four days without using AirPods. Using them without anc does not seem to trigger it. It is reproducible, sadly. First time I was very scared but now I understand the situation and limit anc to situations where it is really necessary.
