For virtualenv, you can create python3.10 using
virtualenv SOME_PY_ENV_NAME -p python3.10
This is the result:
which python3
/Users/user_name/tmp/SOME_PY_ENV_NAME/bin/python3
python3 --version
Python 3.10.10
