Join Everyme (YC S11) as Lead Designer

We are looking for amazing designers who want to help us power every single smartphone. At Everyme, we want to be the best way to keep in touch with your favorite people. The people we have shown our product to have been blown away, we have accomplished something that is a technical tour de force. We care deeply about beautiful design and simplicity, and very much follow the Apple way of design, where a feature should never be shelved because it's too hard to implement design wise. The process of design is something we respect, and have found that incredible features are often imagined by designers first. You'll be given free reign to experiment with crazy, creative interfaces in a fun work environment. We know how frustrating it is when engineers don't follow designs to the pixel, so we make a point of doing so. Ideally, you will: - Have designed iPhone or Android apps previously, and have a portfolio you can send us - Understand that the simplest design is usually the best - Be amazing at ping-pong, so you can put our Android Engineer in his place (optional) We are well funded by top-tier VCs and angels, including Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock, Y Combinator, SV Angel, CrunchFund and more. To apply, please email oliver at everyme dot com with a portfolio.
