Today I discovered an xterm feature by mistake
Did you know that when you hold Ctrl and left-mouse key pressed, you get a drop down menu?!
- cylinder714 4y agoYep! Works for the middle and right mouse buttons, too.
- booboofixer 4y agoI used it recently to change the font size to ‘Unreadable’ and it indeed was, unreadable. Wonder why that options exists.

- suprjami 4y agoYes. Once I needed to use xterm for something for the first time, so I made a very daring and bold move... I read the manual.
- compressedgas 4y agoThe menus in Smalltalk systems are accessed in the same manner.
- zzo38computer 4y agoYes, I used that feature. You can also display different menus by Ctrl with the other mouse buttons.
