In my opinion management is only worth it if you own a large share of the company. Otherwise it's a headache without the upside and just lots of meetings.

- dhfbshfbu4u3 4y agoYep. That about sums it up, but to be fair compensation standards have changed quite a bit in 20 years. I didn’t see that one coming for sure or I would’ve stayed in the trenches.
