You situation doesn't seem very healthy regardless of the topic at hand. I hope you'll be able to find a way to get a lighter workload. Remote too, but I met most people in person at least once, we use avatars, and definitely don't work with 100 people. That said I know a few trans people, the number of people I know with pronouns that don't match the name is 0. The number of people wanting the equivalent of they in my language is so small I can remember it easily.
