There’s a very specific intellectual clique that has distracted itself with apocalyptic worries about AI for around a decade now, and I have not seen any evidence as to why anyone should believe they’re right about anything.
- EamonnMR 4y agoOne thing I find troubling is that said clique includes the folks currently building the headline grabbing AIs.
