- mindslight 4y agoPort request. Landline at Ma Bell with the number being in a traditional city exchange, straight to voip.ms. I forged his signature on the landline statement I sent in with the request, rather than adding complexity with POA/executor paperwork (I forget when I actually did this). It worked fine.
