Some random thoughts from reading the abstract
This is for a rest period with an average of 7.3 minutes. I'm curious how the effect would be over a longer time period
I have a hard time imagining there would be a linear correlation between the time and mood decline
7.3 minutes isn't long, so I think part of the decline could be from the "stress", for a lack of a better word, from having to switch mental state twice in a short period of time (work mode to rest mode, then back again)
