He doesn't use much devices so far (besides a vintage button-based cellphone), just tells other people what to do and they read to him. Nevertheless he has a very good idea about computer programming so he is really far from being completely alien to the tech world. I believe I have a chance of enriching his life if I suggest some ways to dive into using a PC directly. I am not sure he wants that but maybe I should mention this and be able to provide practical details if he chooses to ask. Don't worry, I can do my research myself.
