Great website and idea.
On the bottom right of the map the CSS '.leaflet-control a' sets 'display: none;' which hides the copyright of the map. It might not fit the style of the dark background map, but it's not optional. You could move the copyright to an about page.
- jonashendel 4y agoThank you for the feedback and heads up. But are you sure that it is not optional? It is a feature directly provided by leaflet (https://leafletjs.com/reference.html#control-attribution https://leafletjs.com/reference.html#control-attribution) so I thought there would be no problem in me hiding the prefix. I really have no idea about copyright regulations though so I will take a look.
- mtmail 4y agoThe feature is in case you use tile layers that don't require attribution. The Mapbox/OpenStreetMap layer need attribution. A click on either link will show examples https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright https://docs.mapbox.com/help/getting-started/attribution/ https://docs.mapbox.com/help/getting-started/attribution/
