I would need to see a review of the electrical shock before reading too much into that absolutely incredibly headline, a mild electric shock can be kind of pleasant - it hurts but not always so much that the feel good response does not outweigh the pain and the sensation is very novel. Basically I too would also prefer to avoid an electric shock when asked, but if you just had a demonstratively safe electric shock appliance then you can bet I'd go touch it.
