People rate their mood lower and show changes in behaviour after a period of doing nothing.
The main thrust of this paper is that research should consider a rest period as a factor in studying human mood and behaviour.
- mjrpes 4y agoHow is a rest period defined? Are they allowed to use their smartphone? Take a walk? Have a snack? Talk to people?
- ilyt 4y agoYeah,forced staring at wall for 20 minutes isn't "resting".
