The article points to it. Thorn has a commercial product they call 'Safer' that they have been pushing.
I'm not going to be cynical and say this is just about the money but... Ah who am I kidding, this is just about the money.
Just like it always is.
- Gustomaximus 4y agoMaybe you're right. Do you have anything specific to base it off? I've seen a few Kutcher talks and he seems very genuine about his desire to do this work and save kids from the worst of fates.
- MrDresden 4y agoIf what the article states is true, and they are pushing their own commercial product along side their crusade to rid the Internet of CSAM then that casts the whole endeavour in doubt.
