- piva00 4y agoSounds like a bullshit loophole that should be struck down then. BetterHelp should be a platform just like a hospital is a platform...
- yabones 4y agoIt's completely insane that they're not a "business associate" or a "covered entity" under hipaa. That's a pretty serious indication that the rules are broken.
