You replied to a post above about the inverse ETF, suggesting that that poster was cherry-picking dates. The entire point of the inverse ETF was to take advantage of the ARKK's unrealistic returns in the preceding year.
Just for kicks, though, here's ARKK versus VTI and cash since April 2020.[1]

- bryanlarsen 4y agoThe fact that the OP had quite a good reason for cherry-picking those particular dates doesn't make them less cherry-picked.
- trompetenaccoun 4y agoYes ARKK has crashed spectacularly but that wasn't the point of the original comment. You would be down now betting against it earlier, it's not like it never gained anything prior.
