I Gave into the New Twitter Algorithm and I Went Way Too Viral
- carabiner 4y agoLegitimately what dialogue is this person attempting to start?
- ThrowawayTestr 4y agoIn between complaining about Musk and Twitter he states the obvious "tweet about trending topics"
- munchbunny 4y agoNot sure he was trying to start a dialogue or make some broader commentary, so much as a classic hacker’s report of “here’s what I’ve discovered” with a helping of snark added. I personally enjoyed the quick read.
- holistio 4y agoMy main takeaway is that he doesn't like Musk (not surprising) and that he is blocked by a lot of people (strangely, also not too surprising).
- baguettefurnace 4y agoThe "for you" feed was around before Elon took over. It was previously called "Home"
- lynx234 4y agoIt helps that the author already had 70k followers to get momentum on a post. The average user wouldn't have gone viral with those same tweets.
- https443 4y ago> and, once again, I don’t think he’s capable of pushing any meaningful changes to the site, one, because he’s devoid of any imagination or creative thought A bit heavy on the anti-Musk tirades for my taste.
- fortyseven 4y agoWon't someone think of the poor defenseless billionaires? :{

- tremarley 4y agoTLDR: If you tweet about trending topics & reply to tweets with an account with 70k followers You might go viral. And he doesn't like Elon Musk
