- SirLJ 4y agoThis will not work I am afraid, as we are looking for people with concrete ideas and not so much experience or pedigree... we can teach languages, methodologies, etc, but we cannot teach ideas and that is what we are looking for... So please do not bother as it will not past trough our friendly HR AI...
- pcthrowaway 4y agoJust so you're aware, it's a common scam to require applicants to use the (paid) software in order to apply for a job. If that's not what you're doing, then you're screening out people who exercise good judgment.
- zerr 4y agoTo clarify, I'm asking about engineering positions, where it is mentioned that the domain (i.e. finance/trading?) knowledge is not required. So what ideas are you looking for? Thanks!
- SirLJ 4y agoAny idea that shows passion about the project will do… when you are looking into this, what is that you like, what is that you do not like and want to change? maybe better website design, maybe a new API, maybe an integration with another project…
