- dragonwriter 4y agoThe FDA is returning to pre-COVID rules because the change from those rules was predicated on the COVID emergency. (The original rules may have been based on the motivation you describe, but the return is just ending the emergency suspension of the original rules.)
- digianarchist 4y agoI don't think so. Adderall is already available generically.
